How video credits, failed requests and refund questions are handled.

Before purchases open

Make Bulin 47 AI currently previews its product and video packs. Purchases are disabled until video generation is available. Viewing a reference or selecting a local photo does not create an order or consume a credit.

Video packs

The proposed packs are one-time purchases. One credit represents one video; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. The current pack price and number of credits are shown on the pricing page and will be confirmed at checkout before payment.

Requesting a review

If you believe you were charged twice, charged without receiving the purchased credits, or charged for a request that could not be completed, open a support ticket from your account. Include the order number, the date and a short description of the issue. Never include full payment-card details or passwords.

Unused credits and delivery issues can be reviewed by support. Stop using the disputed credits while the request is being reviewed. A completed digital video does not carry a promise of any particular likeness, artistic result, engagement level or commercial outcome.

Resolution

When generation is enabled, starting a request reserves one video credit. An upload failure or a confirmed failed or canceled generation returns that credit once. If a submission times out and its acceptance cannot be confirmed, the request is held for review; it is not automatically resubmitted or refunded. Contact support about a request marked for review.

Depending on the verified issue, a resolution may be restored credits, a replacement attempt or a refund through the original payment provider. We will explain the outcome before closing the request. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution; this site does not promise an exact arrival date.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Delivery specifications and the final purchase terms will be published before paid generation opens.
