Information you provide

• Accounts: If you register, we process your name, email address and authentication information to manage your account.
• Photographs and requests: A photograph chosen for the local preview remains in your browser until you submit it. When generation becomes available, you must actively submit a request and confirm permission to use the adult subject's photograph before it is uploaded.
• Support: We receive the content of support tickets and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary personal documents.
• Orders: Once purchases open, we will record order identifiers, pack details, payment status and credit transactions. Payment providers handle payment credentials; our order records do not require a full card number.

Cookies and technical information

The service uses authentication cookies and language or appearance preferences. Requests may also include technical information such as IP address, browser details and diagnostic logs, which help operate the service and investigate failures or abuse. Optional third-party analytics are not required to preview the product.

Why we use information

We use information to provide account access, process requested services, maintain credit and order records, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

The prepared generation flow uploads the photograph to Cloudflare R2 storage under a randomly generated address and sends its URL and generation instructions to Kie. This is a publicly reachable, unlisted URL: anyone with the URL may be able to access the photograph. Do not submit sensitive images. Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. The production provider configuration, retention details and any applicable international transfers must be confirmed before paid generation opens.

Retention and control

Local photo previews can be removed by clearing the selection or leaving the page. This does not delete a photograph that has already been submitted. Automatic deletion of stored photographs and generated videos is not currently provided; contact support to request deletion. Account, support and transaction information is kept for the time needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through a support ticket; information that must be retained for an applicable obligation may be excluded from deletion.

We use access controls and authentication to restrict account data. No online service can guarantee complete security. Do not upload photographs or personal information you do not have permission to use.
